What tours do you have?
You can view all of our tours on our website and social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Where can I find tour information?
Within each tour you can view its itinerary, price, and more.
What is the price of the tour?
Within the tour information, you can see the prices per person and simulate a quote.
What dates are available? What days do they depart?
Within each tour, you can see the availability of dates under "View Departure Dates . "

We depart every weekend to all our destinations and every day on the Paracas – Ica tour.

How many days does the tour last?
We have full days and two and three day tours.
Where is the boarding place?
Our boarding points are at Plaza Norte and La Rambla de San Borja . You can find the exact address in the information for your chosen tour.

Some tours also have boarding points at Atocongo or Alipio, where there are no waiting times.

Can I change the date of my tour?
You can change the date up to 96 hours before your trip, subject to a minimal penalty, which you should consult in advance.
Can I request a refund?
We do not offer refunds, please review our terms and conditions.
When will my tour photos be uploaded and where can I see them?
We upload tour photos up to 4 days after the trip, every Tuesday and Wednesday on our Facebook page.

Remember:
Photos are uploaded within 4 business days of your travel date.

Important:
If you don't see your tour photos posted, you can ask your guide for the photo link, mentioning the date and tour you went on.

Can I transfer my ticket?
You can transfer your ticket free of charge, just let us know so we can update your information.
Can pets be brought?
Pets are not allowed on tours at this time.
Can children travel? Do children pay?
Please check the information for the tour you're interested in, as children of a certain age cannot travel to all destinations for safety reasons. On tours suitable for young children, children under 4 years old are free but must be borne by their parents.
Does it include lunch?
We do not include lunch, but we do include a boxed lunch on most of our tours.
If my family member suffers from heart problems, can they travel?
Consult with your doctor beforehand to determine whether you can travel to your chosen destination.
Can I bring my disabled family member?
Yes, you must notify us in advance so we can take this into account, as not all of our vehicles are large buses, and space will be required if a wheelchair or other vehicle is needed.
How long does the bus wait before leaving?
You have a maximum of 10 minutes of grace in San Borja or Plaza Norte . After this time, the bus departs and makes no stops along the way. There is no grace period

at optional stops such as Atocongo Pass and Alipio Pass.

Do you do promotional trips or private trips?
Yes, we offer graduation and promotion trips, please contact us at our WhatsApp number at 951 568 920 for more information .

We also offer private tours with a minimum of 15 passengers.
