1. General Refund Policy

At Zian Peru Travel Agency, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring cancellations or changes to your booking. Our refund policy is outlined below:

  • Refunds will be processed according to the terms stated at the time of booking.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of tour, accommodation, and activities booked.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • A service charge may apply for processing refunds.

2. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Single-Day Tours:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure qualify for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

Multi-Day Tours and Accommodation Packages:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before departure qualify for a partial refund, with a deduction for administrative and accommodation fees.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.

  • If a participant is unable to attend due to a medical emergency, they must present a valid medical certificate to request rescheduling or a partial refund.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If a participant fails to show up for the tour or activity, their booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

  • The participant is responsible for ensuring they arrive on time at the designated meeting point.

4. Tour Modifications and Cancellations by Zian Peru Travel Agency

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or low tour participation, we reserve the right to reschedule or modify the itinerary.

  • If a tour is canceled by Zian Peru Travel Agency due to operational reasons, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

  • Refunds for partially completed tours will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the tour.

  • A rescheduling fee of S/15 per person applies.

  • Only one date change is allowed per booking.

6. Special Conditions for Adventure Activities

  • Adventure activities (e.g., zip-lining, rafting, ATVs, horseback riding) are non-refundable once booked.

  • If an activity is canceled due to weather or safety concerns, a rescheduling or refund for the activity portion will be provided.

7. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take additional processing time depending on the bank.
